Christmas and New Year closing times
The calendar has clicked over to December and Christmas will be upon us before we know it! So now seems the right time to let you know our holiday closure times and how we can help you in case of emergency over the festive period.
We will be closing our offices on Friday 20 Dec 2013 @ 16:00hrs and will re-open, bright and ready to work on Monday 6th Jan 2014 @ 9:00hrs.
However, if you do have a technical issue with your business during that time, please send an email explaining the problem to email@example.com which is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with our new ticketing support system. This will ensure your email will immediately be routed to the appropriate member of support staff and any issue raised will be responded to within 24 hours of receipt.
And, of course, any more general, last-minute requirements or questions can be dealt with by a member of the team on Friday 20th December right up until 4pm.
As always, please remain assured that if there is something that requires our attention, we will immediately be there to help.
Despite the continuing challenges of the economic climate, 2013 has been an exciting year for us here at Dynamic. It has seen us celebrate our fourth anniversary with a diverse portfolio of clients, all of whom I am proud to do business with. Some who have been with us since the beginning and some with whom we have started new and exciting partnerships this year.
