Christmas is coming fast, and as always we’re excited for the holidays, and for the rest! But before we all go rushing off to enjoy our turkey and tinsel, we thought we should let you all know about our holiday opening hours and how we can help you in case of an emergency over the festive period.
During our office closure, if you have any technical issues during this time, please send an email explaining the problem to [email protected].
This email address is monitored regularly, and to ensure your email will immediately will be routed to the appropriate member of support staff, any issue raised will be assigned and responded to within 24 hours of receipt. Of course, we will still be here in the office to help you until 5.00pm on 23trd December.
It’s been a very strange year, for obvious reasons of course, and it’s been tough for many too. So it’s important we all stop during the holiday season, rest, recharge our batteries and take note of all the good things too.
Here are some of our 2020 highlights:
We launched “Markadept”, our new brand which gave us the fresh start we needed, and without realising the pandemic that was about to hit us as a country, blimey as a world in fact! But that aside, we made it work and we have received a massive response.
We gained new clients from across the UK, which has been great, and we’ve been inundated with work too.
We’ve created some amazing new brands for existing and new businesses, some are still yet to be announced to the world, so we need to stay hush hush.
Finally our consultation/brainstorming sessions has seen huge interest with lot’s of people using this new service over the year.
As ever, I personally thank you all for your support and send you my best wishes for the holiday season and for a healthy, happy and prosperous 2021 moving forward!
